Location

Topsail Island is a beautiful 26 mile oceanfront community off the coast of North Carolina. The Island is not only home to North Topsail Beach, but also Surf City (Mid-island), and Topsail Beach (South). All three towns are wonderful places to explore, and have different personalities.

Our luxurious condo is located in the beautiful Villa Capriani community. Villa Capriani has many amenities to suit everyone in your family. A tropical landscape sets off the four sparkling pools and two inviting hot-tubs. Waterfalls and small streams encompass the multi-tiered courtyard overlooked by an on-site restaurant. The beach is easily accessed by the pool deck and a pier is just a short walk for the fisherman in your life.
